We use 3 prices:
- July & August: EUR 299/night
- (Extended) weekends & school holidays: 250 Euro/night
- Weekdays outside school holidays: EUR 219/night
- Final cleaning 100 Euro
- Rental towels (bad & kitchen) & service beds made (for 4 persons): 150 Euro per period
- 12% extra for short stays (less then 8 nights)
