We use 3 prices: 

• July & August:  EUR 299/night
• (Extended) weekends & school holidays: 250 Euro/night 
• Weekdays outside school holidays:  EUR 219/night
• Final cleaning 110 Euro
• Rental towels (bad & kitchen) & service beds made (for 4 persons): 150 Euro per period
• 6% extra for short stays (less then 8 nights)
